Larry joined Dolinka, VanNoord & Company in 1996 and became a partner in 1997. He has been in public accounting for over 40 years. Prior to joining DVC, Larry spent time as a tax partner with BDO Seidman (1978-1990) and with the audit and tax staff of Arthur Anderson and Company (1970-1978). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Alma College in 1970. As the Director of Taxation, he has published articles and training manuals and taught numerous seminars on taxation, estate planning, and business valuation. He has conducted valuation engagements for a wide variety of industries and has been called upon as an expert witness in litigation support. He is currently spending most of time helping clients transfer wealth from one generation to the next. Larry has lived and worked with clients in the Grand Rapids area since 1978.
